Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Before September 15, 2026
Cancellations received before September 15, 2026 are eligible for a refund, less a $50 USD administrative fee and any applicable credit card processing fees.
Cancellations On or After September 15, 2026
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 15, 2026, including for registrants who are unable to attend.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers. Delegates are responsible for cancelling their own accommodation reservations and pay any charges incurred directly to the hotel.
Name Changes & Substitutions
Substitutions and name changes are accepted at any time prior to October 26, 2026 at no additional charge. Please contact the organizing committee to arrange a transfer.
Note: Refund amounts will reflect the original payment method and may take several business days to process. All requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers.
