Refund Policy: All registrations are considered TENTATIVE until full payment is received. Cancellation requests must be received by the UAlberta Geotechnical Centre by no later than, October 17, 2025, any cancellation will be charged a $200 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancelled registrations after October 17, 2025, though substitutions will be allowed. If you have any questions about your registration, please contact Jen Stogowski, Conference Organzier, at uageoctr@ualberta.ca.
Your paid registration can be transferred to another individual who is not already registered, at no additional cost.
Photography Policy: As a registered participant of the Tailings and Mine Waste Conference, you agree that the Conference or authorized third parties may photograph or record your, image, name, voice, and/ or words, and may publish or distribute your image, name, voice, and/ or words for promotional and educational purposes in various forms of media, including but not limited to the Tailings and Mine Waste website, and marketing materials.
