Nestled in the Canadian Rockies, the Fairmont Banff Springs has been a luxury destination for travellers since 1888. The hotel is located minutes from the picturesque town of Banff, within the Banff National Park. This historic “Castle in the Rockies” is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel – TMW 2025 Room Rates
All prices are CAD and do not include a $14 per person resort fee, hotel taxes and GST. Availability is limited. Other room categories are available.
Fairmont and Deluxe guestrooms are located throughout the hotel complex, including the main hotel, Gatehouse, and Conference Centre wings. View is not guaranteed for any room category. A limited number of alternate room types may be available during your program dates.
ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS:
Fairmont category has a total maximum occupancy of two persons. When sharing a room over and above double occupancy,each extra adult (18+ years) will be charged an additional $50.00 CAD for regular room categories/suites, per night, plus applicable surcharges and/or taxes. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 17 years who share with their parents.
When sharing a room over and above double occupancy, each extra adult (18+ years) will be charged an additional $75.00 CAD and each extra child (ages 6 to 17 years) will be charged an additional $50.00 CAD, for Signature Suites, Gallery Two Bedroom Suite, and all Fairmont Gold room categories/suites, per night, plus applicable surcharges and/or taxes. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 5 years who share with their parents.
PARKING:
The hotel’s parking is located beside the Convention Center. It is a three-level roofed parkade with 415 parking spaces. Current
parking charges are as follows:
Overnight Self-Parking – $29.00 CAD per day, unlimited access (registered hotel guests)
Overnight Valet Parking – $43.00 CAD per day, unlimited access (registered hotel guests)
Electric Vehicles – Complimentary charging and self-parking, unlimited access
Outdoor Lots – $10.00 CAD per hour (non-registered hotel guests)
Short-term Valet Parking – $45.00 CAD per vehicle (non-registered hotel guests)
